Full-Service Recruiting
Our team recruits and reviews thousands of candidates each year to save your team time and resources. We ensure our candidates meet our standards for technical excellence and mission-driven alignment, so you don’t have to.
Placement
We'll support you in creating projects for Fellows that match your goals. Then, we'll refer top candidates to your team to interview before choosing your Fellow(s).
Professional Development
Your team will supervise your Fellow(s) while we guide them through programming designed for early-career technologists. Activities include mentorship, weekly speaker events, regular check-ins with our team, and more.
